FROM THE OFFICE OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE

New Year’s Greetings

Dear Esteemed Stakeholders

We present our compliments to you all our esteemed stakeholders, and trust that you are well and had a pleasant cross-over into 2022.

To those of us that are currently battling this disease, we are confident you will emerge victorious over this situation. Our hearts go out to all those who have lost families and loved ones to this rampant virus, may you be strengthened and your hope renewed. We are not out of the woods yet, however, we remain confident this pandemic will come to an end soon. In the meantime, we urge all of you to continue taking the necessary precautions so we may see the new COVID-free era together.

The covid-19 era brought quite a challenging season in the history of aviation. The current variant, omicron has not made it any better for all of us as we have witnessed travel bans to and from Southern Africa. Regardless, we are appreciative of the lessons the pandemic imposed on us: the ability to think outside the box, the resilience in the face of life changing threats, most importantly our determination to forge ahead and enter the scheduled air services industry.

Despite the bullets of distractions and delays, we are delighted that at RENAC, are in the final stages of launching our scheduled air services. We acquired two Embraer ERJ145 aircraft during quarter 4 of 2021, and these currently undergoing the necessary post-purchase and maintenance checks, and we expect that the aircraft will be released into service during the first quarter of the 2022 calendar year, with a target that we will launch our operation during the first half of 2022.

We are banking on your support and collaboration as we gear ourselves for scheduled operations.

We take this opportunity to wish you and your families a Prosperous New year!
