FROM THE OFFICE OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Dear Esteemed Clients and Stakeholders

FROM THE OFFICE OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE

We have entered the last quarter of 2020 and on reflection, this is a year with
disruptions to a level never experienced in modern history. All industries continue to be
affected, with travel being one of the most hit sectors of the global economy.

Our Southern Africa sub-region seems to have stabilized with most countries having
opened their borders and allowing economic activities to resume and be conducted in
compliance with Covid-19 virus preventative measures.

The world is under pressure and battling across all fronts from the invisible enemy we
have all come to know about, the COVID 19 virus.

Once again, I wish to state that RENAC has implemented all of the necessary effective
sanitization and distancing measures to stop the transmission of the COVID-19 virus
while facilitating travel in the RENAC premises.

With that background, RENAC is optimistic that travel will resume and volumes will
increase progressively over the next months. We further are in the process of
capacitating our organization to be able to fulfill its mandate to globally connect the
Kingdom of Eswatini through safe, efficient, and competitive aviation services.

Our five year Corporate Strategy is being processed by the Board of Directors after which it will be shared with key stakeholders for adoption and support. This strategy serves the purpose of providing a blueprint and guide to the organization in its operational activities and focus areas to fulfill the stated mandate.

One of key initiatives to capacitate RENAC to reach the required level mandate
fulfilment is joining to become a member of relevant airline industry associations. In this
regard we are happy to share news that RENAC was admitted as an associate member
of the Airlines Association of Southern Africa (AASA) during the previous
quarter, and had the privilege of attending AASA’s virtual Annual General Meeting for
the first time on 8 th October 2020. Other memberships we are pursuing are African
Airlines Association (AFRAA) and International Air Transport Association (IATA).
